First of all 1.35 played pretty smoothly for me. After updating to 1.36 game doesnt run as intended for me. I mean it stopped running. After i hit start the game it doesnt start. It has incredibly low frame rate. I hit alt-tab and get in the game after every click i do while choosing nation. and after starting the game the game stops alltogether and not one frame advances. I use Windows 11. Please help me. I dont know how to report a bug or is this even a bug.
