So one day it was working as normal, the next day it stopped from launching (no windows update or anything in between)
So far have tried to full clean re-install of eu4 and the launcher, try launching in fullscreen/borderless/windowed modes, disable all programs from startup, disabling fullscreen optimization, uninstall and re-install vc libraries, update windows and drivers, windows recovery.
With these furthest it gets is a brief split-second loading screen and then closes without error message, and the same happens when trying to launch directly from eu4.exe. Logs are attached except for error.log (it doesn't allow attaching empty files) and exception.log which hasn't been generated at all.
