My Paradox games (Eu4, Hoi4, Ck2, Stellaris, Vicky 2 and Cities in Motion 2) doesn't work on my computer since a Windows 10 upgrade in June (exept M&B).

It takes a long time to launch the launcher and, then there is only a white window for a few seconds. Sometimes the launcher is loaded in if i run the program, but I lose all of my settings. In this case it's work for one time, but for the second launch the launcher is again a white window. It's full random. Somtimes i can run the game for 2 times but after that the launcher is again just pop up for a few seconds.

What i tried:
Hoi4: Full uninstall, delete all the mods, then reinstall and ran DXSETUP and vcredist_x64 and vcredist_x86 (work for 1 launch, after i set the settings and quit, i wanted run the game again, but the launcher was a white window for few seconds)
Eu4: Full uninstall after that reinstall (run for 1 time, then white launcher)
Ck2: Full uninstall after that reinstall

I uninstalled Vicky 2 and Stellaris.

I got Cities in Motion 2 from a friend trought steam, It's didn't worked also.

I cann't syncronise my Paradoxplaza and steam account, on the forum is see all of my games, but in the Paradox launcher there is only the Stellaris.

Thanks for all, and sorry for my bad english.

CiM2 is an unrelated game, and has had problems on Windows 10 for maybe 2 years now.

For the PDS games though, this has been seen to be caused by recent Windows 10 updates, for nVidia users only. One thing you could try is to edit the settings.txt files of each game, and set fullScreen=no and borderless=no , as some people have reported that helped.

And right-click on the game's .exe and select Properties, Compatibility, and tick "Disable Fullscreen Optimisations". Apply and exit.

And finally, in the same screen you can try setting Windows 8 Compatibility on; failing that try Win XP SP3 compatibility.

Why not? It actually looks like you have, since we see all those icons under you name here.
but in the Paradox launcher there is only the Stellaris.
That's because it is the only game you have which is supported by the launcher. None of the older ones are, as yet anyway.

For HoI4, there is no more white window, the icon of the game just pop up on the tray for a second then dissapier (there is a "slot" for the icon before it's pop up, but it's empty)
For Eu4 stayed the white window.
For Ck2 stayed the white window.
Vicky2 work but i didn't do anything, i think a reinstall was enough for the old lady.
Stellaris is like HoI4

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

Did you try updating or reinstalling your video card drivers? Check in your hardware manager if Win 10 has one what drivers they are using.

documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt and Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/folder doesn't exist.
There are no folder, in any of the game logs.
What antivirus app do you use? Add the .exe files of all these games to its exceptions list/whitelist.

One more possibility that can cause the failure to create the Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/ folder, is if the Documents folder has previously been moved so the game can't find it. Is that possible?

Use Notepad to make a new text file called userdir.txt in the Steam CK2 folder where ck2game.exe is. In that file place a single dot, save and exit. This tells the game to write the user files right there instead of under Documents. If that works and the game now runs, you can replace that dot with any file path you like.

I think your issue is that your DNS is corrupted

the launchers bsacially try to contact web pages online and if yours is messed up its probably will cause the launcher to hang.

Change your DNS settings to OpenDNS or GoogleDNS and reboot your system
