EU4 Sound stuttering/echo

I`ve installed eu4, and I`ve been having sound stuttering/echo error/bug. I tried reinstalling eu4, updating, reinstalling my sound drivers but I cant find a solution to fix it.

I Have exactly same problem, and I don`t found any information on how to fix it. These are my specs

I see you have three audio channels there. Does the same thing happen via all 3 ?

Our similar game Crusader Kings 2 is free to play on Steam now, does it also have this problem?

Well Theres three audio chanells but only Realtek is working, There isn`t even AMD channels in the selection on sound system. And I tried ck2, there is no such problem

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log .
