I think you may be out of luck on this one, unfortunately. The only things I can think of would be to 1. mail the publisher of your EU2 version (Strategy First for NA, Vision Park for Sweden, not sure about others..) and see if you can get a replacement manual from them, I doubt that will work however, or 2. find a used copy of the game somewhere, Ebay for example.

Failing that, the EU2 manual is nice to have, but not required to learn the game mechanics. You will be able to learn a lot simply by doing the in-game tutorials and reading up on stuff in this Forum, the threads in the FAQ forum are especially helpful.
