Yes. Unfortunately, the release version has a bug which makes the game crash when you try to convert it. It's easily fixable, though: just follow the instructions in this thread: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?771653-Converter-compatibility-what-does-it-do
It's also very likely that in future versions the converter will become a submod separate from the main mod, because we have found it slows down the game (and might also increase memory requirements).
