Ok, I know this isn't actually the right place to put this, but since my site is currently down I can't host it there. All provinces are not included since this map is made for the IVS, but others could still benefit from it.
EDIT Not something I'd normally accept, but I'm feeling particularly cheery these days. Just let me know when your site is up and this is nolonger of use so this can be removed.

New Version, fixed Archangelsk ID and a bunch of errors in northern Norway. Also added all IDs from provinces in Europe (except the Azores) to the map. Enjoy!
