Hi, I checked the bugs logged forum and didn't really find anything on this so here goes.The event command to give a random factory, in a random province doesn't work.As in, it doesn't even appear in the event effects box.Should I give my specs too?Well just in case:

Pentium4
CPU 2.80GHz
512 RAM
WinXP home
