If it is after the AGOT bookmark and Robert is still alive it will still have the same effects as playing on the bookmark

Well I mean the bookmark is gonna be removed in the non-april fools versions so yeah in a way...
You can stop them from firing by modifying Robert's history to stop game_of_thrones.2 from firing by removing the line that calls it and then remove the events to do with it from scenario events.
