event number for culture switch?

been looking for this event for a few days but i cant seem to find it
was thinking about modding the triggers for it a bit
or atleast read them all so i know how to max the chance

hehe anyway had it happen a few times now and its called cultural absorption
but i dont get any results when i do a file search on that
seems to be affected by charisma but i would love to read it and find out for sure what triggers affect it
so far the 2 i got had 4 cha 6-7 fin govenors, the 2 important provinces where i have 9 cha 9 fin govenors, and that i have had from the start of the game refuse to fire!!
so im pretty sure theres something else besides cha/fin needed maybe they need martial too? my high cha/fin govenors are low on that, but i think the 2 that did fire had medium martial

you are searching for event 4002. it can be fond in the event file colony. the charisma of the character is modifying beneath a lot of other stuff the mean time to trigger the event.

If you run into this problem again, goto ".../localisation/event.csv". It lists what event file and number all these events that can be hard to find, like this one, belong to.
