I have IC for DH, and whenever I try to run it I get Excel File Not Found critical error. What is going wrong, do I have to update DH to get this to work or do I have to install the patches for IC?

You need to patch IC. DH does not have a public patch at this time.
When patching IC, you want the patch to directed to the DH folder. It will automatically place every thing in the right folder. Apply the 1.01 patch then Rev 7. After Rev 7 is applied then it will work.
