Excommunication CTD

Loaded a save, became papal controller as King of England. Now if I click on a rival province shield and then click on "Excommunicate" I get a CTD. This happens with each rival that I have tried.

This might be due to starting a game with 1.03 and continuing it with 1.03b (clean install), but it seems to have been playing fine apart from the odd undead Pope.

It is reproducible, and I have a save game if anyone wants it, but please let me know exactly which files you need.

I have exactly the same problem. Every time I try to excommunicte the king of england I get a CTD. This is with a game started in 103b.

Any ideas? I also have a save game if anyone is interested.

I just had exactly the same CTD, I tried 2 times.

It happened after the pape has been annexed by the Fatimides.
