Excommunication flag not clearing when a character converts to a heresy

The title says it all: the Excommunicated trait isn't going away after one of my vassals decided to convert to Waldensianism. Furthermore, I, a Waldensian ruler, still get the option to imprison him without penalty because he is excommunicated.

I hope the above description is enough to quash the bug, but if not, I have a savegame of it. I can't upload it, however, because my forum attachment memory is at its limit from uploading save files for other bug reports.

This is actually WAD. He is still in the country and if the flag would clear then it could easily be used as an exploit to escape excommunication.
