Yes, hi, I can't figure out how to chat while playing multiplayer. I checked the manual, the FAQs, I cant find it... Please?

And something else that's important too. When you hit tab, all the countries that are controlled by human players come up in the box at the bottom of the screen. If you left click with your mouse, you can highlight or dehighlight them. This signifies who you can send messages to privately.
The default when you FIRST hit tab is that everyone is highlighted. If you click someone to dehighlight them and send a message, the next time you tab it will retain the last selections you made.
Name in Yellow: Your talking to them when you send your message
Name NOT in Yellow: They can't hear you when you send your message.
This way you can stab your friends in the back and make crazy deals...err..I mean tell your alliances what your doing.
