Does anybody know where I can find the event codes for the events which can lead to the exiling of a person from your court? Like the "I'm better than they are at so-and-so gimme their job" event? It'd be nice to know, so I could weed out unwanted male courtiers.

courtier_events file in the db folder. Just open it and search for "I could be a better".

But unless you have way too many courtiers, you could just leave them alone. Eventually they'll retire if they do not have a job.

I wouldn't rely too much on exiling. This event happens to me constantly and the exiled courtiers inevitably pop back up in my court a few weeks/months later so that the whole tedious cycle can begin again.
