Expand the events

A great job to all on ver. 07!
May I put forward a request regarding the wonderful pop-up events. Add two or three sentences to expand on, and or add additional information to each event that pops up. I love seeing them all, I just would like to see some background information added to each.
While I ask this, I also would put forth myself as a volunteer to write something to add to the popups and send it to the CORE folks for their examination and approval. I realize the enormous numbers of events in the mod, and I wouldn,t think that I would be able to add the information to every one in any kind of reasonable timeframe. But I would offer my services to do some of them.

AFAIK, this is being worked on, but is a long way from being finished. I think it was either PhilK or Kevein who was working on it, if not both. That said, there are soem limits on what can be shown in the pop-ups, with out running into issues with appearances, and some funkiness with the event options. This applies to pop-ups that relate to other countries (ie reading US pop-ups as Germany). Otherwise, I think all of a player's country specific events are fairly well detailed.
