Expansion planner shows second colony ship for double alloy costs

Not sure how this happened. A bug?
I have only one machine species but the expansion planner shows 2 options to build a colony ship. On costs 200 and one 400 alloys.

I use the jumpdrive civic and catapult origin.

Xbox Series X

2. What version of the game are you using?
V: Caelum 3.9.3.109094 R: 9.4.0.0

3. What DLC do you have installed?
All of them, including C6 portrait

4. When did this start happening?
Trying to colonize Wenkwort Gaia

5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
Not sure yet.

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
All saves so far.

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?

I think I found what it is. The cheap one has jump drive and the expensive one has FTL drive installed.

Is the double cost intended? No way to have both drives installed to jump on demand?
