Anyone wish to start a exploration mod on MyMAP? I can't mod but would at least try to help with something

all you need to have is:
- historical maps from all over the world around the start date period
- many events that have happened or been slept before the starting year, particulary those who have dependant ones after game starts
- ID map of MyMap to setup countries correctly
After you gather all data above, I will make desired scenario, as it would be piece of cake comparing to above list.

Isn't the events in the MyMAP allways up to 1819?

More exact german map of 1789
We can take and make the EU3 map for 1492 or 1526 or whenever the "exploration" mod shall be.
Any help of anyone should be great still
There are already events for these maps in the MyMAP I think

Notice that Spain and Austria have the same color but they shouldn't.
It's the Habsbourgs and Benelux should be austrian and under the Biscophic of Liege, alternative under Austria for making it more easy. It became spanish in 1556 and after that it has big revolt risk until 1581 when the Oath of Abjuration gave independence to the northern provinces of Netherlands. After the War of Spanish Succession, in the treaty of Utrecht, Belgium became Austrian again

You'll have to have some fantasy about this cause it's some time earlier than the other map
A province ID map is about to come but if anyone has a such kind of map already than I would be pleased to use it
As said, these maps aren't at the same time period, one is from the beginning of 16th century and one is from 1550

Antiago you can use the Mview program made by Inferis to see the map and when you hover your cursor over the provinces it'll say the ID.

Now I should just try to find other maps over the world.
A question though: The MyMAP event list is all the way up to 1819, I mean, there are events for Napoléon right?

If you can mod it would be good but it seems like Szmik could do it
Shall ask him to start with the Nappy mod first and later the exploration if he's still interested then as 1789 is more to the way we know how the world looks like
Any map suggestions over Asia, America and Africa would be good to have
About the Benelux area:
The Netherlands came first under habsburg control 1482. In 1556 they became part of Spain and in the eighty years war ( 1568-1648 ) the northern provinces tried to separate with the spanish netherlands and declared themselves independent in 1581. I think this "Renaissance" mod should be started in 1556 just when they became spanish but Garbon, you were right about 1551.
Does anyone else have a start date when they think this should start. If not, plz show a screenshot of europe in 1492/93 when you start it from EU3

here's what I'd do
- map of Europe like above
- the rest of map should look like vanilla Nappy scenario unless we have maps to correct it...
- events borrowed from AGCEEP, just for this scenario
I can draw all states on the map. I guess we'll use CoAs (and tags) from MyMap, but we might need to borrow some from AGCEEP too.
