Extra Key Question

I got this game on Steam it said I will get an extra key for my friend.... but....
where is it ? I can't find it anywhere.

Sorry for the late reply, but I'm not 100% sure where Steam delivers the extra key. I'm gonna do some research on the subject during the day and come back to you when I know more. Thank you for your patience.

Try looking in: In your Steam window -> "Games" (listed at the top of the Steam window) -> "Manage Gifts and Guest Passes" and see if it is listed there

Despite some -75% coupons for Nexuiz and Portal 2 ... it's not there. When pressing the "CD-Key" option it shows my own CD key which can not be activated by my friend on Steam to play it. What are my options now? I bought the game during the pre-order and the sale said it would include a free 2nd copy for my friend.
