Fail to create graphic device problem.

Im having an issue with ck and EuIV.

As soon as run the game the launcher dont show up and instead it gives me the messege "Fail to create graphic device. exiting" every time.

Im searching solutions and i find out it is a common thing.
I can play normally in the 3.2.0 version but i cant with the 3.3.3.

My graphic card is an Intel HD520. I have already updated drivers and restart my pc.
If you need any more info about my pC just lemme know

can someone giveme any advise about it?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt
From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

I am currently having the same problem, i will start up CK2 from the launcher and the game will seem to be running but i can only see my desktop, the game will freeze any desktop functionality, and when i click again on the toolbar icon for the game i get the "Fail to create graphic device. exiting" message. I have attached the DXDIAG and other files you requested from the previous post.

Please edit that settings.txt file to say:

fullScreen=no
borderless=yes

I don't see anything else that might cause this in there.
