Yeah, so basically I can't start up the game. How would I fix this?

I can't register the game because I can't start it up

1. to fix your game, go to Steam and verify integrity of game cache.

2. to register, go to Steam, right click on your game, view CD key, copy to clipboard, and paste it here under "My Games".
