The main thing I remember about @blue emu is 'Getting Emu'ed' when inevitably he would post a right (and usually more detailed answer) to a thread in HoI3 faster than anyone else!

Faster than you or I for that matter would give our less complete answers lol

I know I am a couple of days early, but I have a busy weekend scheduled and don't want to let it slip. I nominate @jak7139 I have been reading a lot of different AARs recently since my broken finger makes playing problematic atm. No matter what I am reading, AAR wise, @jak7139 is or has already been there. He doesn't seem to have been nominated in quite some time, so he is my choice. SoL

Excellent choice @son of liberty . @jak7139 is definitely due and definitely one of the great fans in AARland.

Jak, I believe this is your sixth fan. Well done!

Does a mod need to change the title of the thread or am I missing something?

Thank you @son of liberty for the nod! And thank you everyone for your support!

It's not time to hand this back yet, but it is time to tell you all a bit about what I'm reading.

There are many, many AARs. And I do my best to keep up with them, all the same. I don't alway succceed, mind you, but I try.

In Imperator, I've enjoyed Ex Roma ad Stellaris by @RedTemplar @Nikolai's Dreams of Ptolemaios.

In the world of CK, there's @Bullfilter's Blood and Empire, @Cora Giantkiller's Sword of Virtanen, @Ran Miller's Crittark Saga, and @Koweth's Legacy of Eadmund and Du Bekar. And there's of course the many Danish works of @Chac1: Lost Seasons, Lost Myths, and the Lost Saga. We also have Where God's Hand Made Wonders, God's Hand Made Me by @Jojonium and @StrategyGameEnthusiast's latest work, The World Where Absolute Monarchies Survived to the Present Day. @Killcrazy13 has also started a new AAR, Sons of the Phoenix. There are the great The Red Heart of Europe and From Scythe to Scepter as well by @High Speed Flying Gladius and @Darumaka respectively. And at some point I hope to catch up in @Sanvone's Siberian Prosperity.

For EU4, I've been enjoying @Rensslaer's and @Bullfilter's forays into the game as Brandenburg and Friesland. And I've also enjoyed the challenge runs of @mackwolfe. @Sybot has a new Anbennar AAR which looks to be heading in an interesting direction. And there's @Crimson Lionheart's work set in the Ante Bellum mod.

For the Victorians out there, I've also been reading a few. @Rensslaer again has an AAR there. There's been an interesting one started by @Grand_Heresy, their first, set in Brazil. I want to catch up both in @Eurasia's Japan AAR and in @DensleyBlair's recently finished Echoes of a New Tomorrow.

In HOI there are many. @Bullfilter has his Poland game (I've also heard good things about his Turkey game, but I need to find time to jump in). @TheButterflyComposer has three excellent ones. Two are more comedic. One is Narrative. @Tommy4ever and @Bloodfelt each have a US Kaiserreich game going on, but both differ in style and gameplay objectives. There's a fun one by @Captured Joe about Argentina. I've tried to commit to a catch-up in @TheExecuter's The Last Mission, but I've also been reading their fun comedy, Insanely Stronk!

Finally for Stellaris, there are a couple. But I haven't read as many in that game as I'd like to, more to lack of time than lack of interest or quality. Still @Nikolai has one going. Same with @Macavity116. There are also The Conjured Universe by @Aquasparky and QuakAAR by @MoonShine-Star. And there's the recently finsished, very good, The Dressel Incident by @General_Dictator.

I'm sure there are ones I've forgotten to include and link. I'm very sorry. A great many on this list were highlighted in the recently concluded YAYAs and ACAs. Hopefully those, plus my own post here, have given you the inspiration to read something new and venture out of your most frequented section of the forum.

Thank you all again! And I will see you Friday for when I hand this off. :)

Thank you all, once again, for my week in the spotlight! Now it is time to hand this off.

The person I've decided to nominate has won this honor many times before, deservedly so. Their comments are always inquisitive and wanting to dive deeper into the authAARs intentions. They've also written more than a few AARs themselves and have gotten involved in initiatives like the SolAARium.

For the past few months real-life duties have kept them from being as active as usual, but they're back now. I've seen them catch up quickly on some mutually followed AARs and they continue to give great feedback. Without further delay I'd like to award this week's fan to:

@HistoryDude! Congratulations!
