Ok, EU 2 v 1.01 NA - downloaded patch on top of v1.00 game.

If you reload a fantasia game almost all of the native populations in provinces that have been visited go away. I checked the save file and the province information objects are getting seriously hosed. Most lost their 'native' line, and many lose all of their information; 'tax', 'income', 'wilderness', etc. There seems to be no clear pattern how it chooses which objects lost their information...

All 8 Fantasia countries need to be given cultures in Fantasia game file! Currently the file says culture = { }

Hinduism/Buddhism are probably unbalanced for fantasia, so I strongly suggest sunni and buddhism for mughals and chinese. Note this means changing the religion of the starting provinces for these two.

Should start in 1419 and end in 1820, not 1500 and 1792.

I actually have a fixed version for these lessor problems, but not the problem with the province information loss...
