Fascist Flags?

Does V:R contain new flags for fascist governments?

UK went fascist (in the savefile flagname = "fascist"), but they have no flags on their units and their shield is blank.

Checked the gfx\map folders and I see no countries with fascist flags.

Just wondering if somehow my V:R installation was incomplete or otherwise messed up.
