Fatal Error in DV while trying to look at ledger

I was looking at the ledger and tried to go to page 2, then the game crashed with a fatal error. What is on page 2, and why does it not like me?

It seems a lot of people are getting this error, and unfortunately it seems to be random.

It's the second coming of EUIII can't run on Intel chipsets.

Was that ever fixed, by the way?

I'm getting the same error, and all I did was .... nothing. It happened twice to me on the same day - January 5, 1081. Happened once, and thought it might be because I was moving the mouse when something was trying to happen. So I reloaded, and just unpaused it and let it sit. It moved from my saved date of Jan 3 through Jan 4th again, and froze again on Jan 5.

Now I've rebooted to see if that helps, but I suspect not. Hope I don't have to start over. o

The same. A strange thing is : the fatal error (for me) always occurs when I look at the ledger after 10 years or so, or in a game saved and reloaded.
The first years the ledger works well.

Hmmm maybe it is because I looked at the ledger sometime in the past year of game time. However, it didn't crash while I was looking at the ledger. I was just sitting there letting time run.

I keep getting these fatal errors doing random things, with no regularity. Last night I had two within an hour, then I went 3 hours before another.
