i keep getting thsi fatal error around 1 or 2 hours into the game, please help, me specs are all fine, game runs smooth im updated with dues vult

Have you installed the latest beta-patch for DV ?

You can download it from here. The beta-patches have fixed a lot of the crash-bugs.

If you you still get fatal-errors/crashes, with the latest beta-patch then report them in this thread
