Fatal Error on Scenario Start

With latest beta patch when trying to start any scenario as any country:

*** Unhandled exception detected Address 0x04683D70

Then CTD. Other DV versions do the same but without error, never worked with DV.

Any more info? Vista 64 bit.

Reinstalled to c:\games, changed avi directory to aviback but didn't work.

Changed settings.txt to match current desktop resolution and it works
