Fatal Error while trying to start a game

Hi guys,
bought Crusader Kings yesterday including Deus Vult and patched the game directly to beta patch 2.1. The first time I tried to start a game I had a horrible graphic glitch (not the 1280x1024 one) and restartet the game to see if it will occur when I start a new game. So closed CK, restarted it, took Leinster as dynasty and bum: Fatal Error. I already uninstalled and installed the game and without the patch the same error occurs. Here's the expetion.log:

Just to be sure, did you install the latest betapatch, that of october 15 ?

Does the crash only happen when you want to start as Leinster or does it happen all the time ?

Also have you tried this ?

1. Rename your avi folder to avi.old.

2. Update your video driver

3. Set resolution to 1024X768

Yes, it is the patch released on 15th of October. The fatal error appears with every nation. I'll try the stuff with the avi folder, video driver and the resolution.

After changing the avi folder it does work. Thank you alot. Did not know that such a error occurs because of the avi folder
