I bought CotN and when I open the manual on the comp. for EU2 all I see the even pages. I have Adobe Acrobat 6.0 and have tried zooming out but The pages go, 1,2,4,6,8,10,12, ect. Because of this I have a hard time playing. Has anyone else had this problem. I've tried searching for odd pages but it only finds the even pages. Is there any way to get a printed copy or download the manual.

I guess you didn't notice the stickied thread in this forum titled "EU2 version included with CotN and the Conquest Pack". In it it says a fixed manual is on the Strategy First website.
Since we have nothing to do with that release, you can't blame us. 
See the sticky thread I think there is also a patch for the conquest version as well that will solve the save game crash you will soon experiance with out it.
