The featured content banner at the top of the forum is nice. It's pretty, it's twice pointed out to me stuff I was waiting for but hadn't paid attention to when it actually dropped.
It's also an absolute PITA on mobile. Having to scroll past 4 giant things arranged vertically, and that take up the whole screen, every time I return to the main forum page is absolute cancer.
For the sake of mobile users can this be converted to just 1 featured content item on mobile? Or at least have them in some sort of horizontally scrolling window so that;
a) you only ever have to scroll past the height of 1, and
b) you don't accidentally end up scrolling down inside the featured content window when you're trying to scroll the page
The user experience benefits for mobile users would be significant with either of just these small changes.
