It seems this forum is so dead now, has everybody who cared enough about the game to continue posting here, already been banned for "spam"?

Threads are ripped apart, locked, deleted and censored, mods are destroying the community once built around this fantastic franchise.
Well, you can and will ban me, but you can't change the damage this is doing to the brand.

I still hope CS2 turns into what it should have been, but with all the recent shenanigans of CO vs the community, blaming toxicity and on the players and not on them calling their paying customers asshats (like they did) , my faith in both Paradox and CO has gone completely.

The damage is reversable, but not with these practices.

Well there is almost no interaction with developer.

Yes, on weekly basis we receive Word of the Week, where the CO will reply 2-3 times within the comments section.
In the Bug report section for a long time only Paradox's moderators are replying with "CO was informed/ is aware". And in recent Bug reports, there is not even that.

But other then that there is zero interaction between developer and community. The community spoken via suggestions, bug reports and regular threads. Everything was mentioned multiple times, so what you would like to talk about?

The reality si that the CS2 is broken and it will take significant amount of time to fix it. So far CO stated that they are working on the fixes. So only reasonable options you have is either to write off the CS2, or check new patch notes, if the issue bothering you was fixed or not, but other than that, any other communication efforts seems to be pointless.

Funny, I've been critical of this game since pretty much release and I've never gotten so much as a warning, as far as I can remember. I see critical posts here daily and very few of them are ever moderated.
I agree there could be more dev interaction, though.

I saw it first hand that certain posts were deleted (refreshed the page and it was gone).

In my professional life I am frequently saying: "It does not matter what you would like to say, but how you will say it". A lot of gamers are angry and some of them cannot or want not to filter their anger, where moderators are taking an action. Look at the tone how people speak in this and for example Steam's forum, and I believe you will find a significant difference, not on what the people are saying, but how.

I personally do not mind, when people are speaking directly, but as this is not my forum, I am not creating the rules. I just need to abide them...

We're not supposed to discuss moderator actions per the forum rules.

Doing so will result in threadlock/delete. Make sure to stay ON TOPIC and DON'T DEVIATE at all from the original post or thread will be locked.
Also don't post similar information in different threads, even if the information is relevant to the discussion - the thread will be locked and shut down, especially if it is critical of practices. They have a very specific set of skills - they will find you, and they will kill the thread.

At one point, I thought the same.

Personally, I was extremely hyped for this game, having loved most of CO's previous titles and a few other Paradox ones, was looking forward to prison architect too. Both Paradox and CO have shown how not to handle a bad, but strategic early release, that's for sure.

I hope it all turns around, one day. But as of now, they're digging their own grave and its sad to see. There's so much potential and it had so much promise.

We can also tell when someone registers a ton of accounts and posts the same thing, in an attempt to bypass their original well deserved ban. As the OP is one of those, I will close this thread but not delete it for transparence sake. Discussion of Moderator action is not permitted in public forums. If you have issue with any of my staff feel free to PM me here about it.
