Where is it?

I think also folks are reluctant to adopt scenarios if they require a new EU install. Maybe the scenario forum is a bit muddled.

We need an IGC forum and another separate scenario forum for homegrown and others. The IGC and thos escenarios incorporated into it dominate this forum to the extent that it isn;t a "scenarion forum" it is an "IGC and add-ons" forum.
