Required

Summary

Feudal titles switching to clan if unlanded person claim is pressed and the claimant is muslim

Description

If an unlanded noble claim is pressed by a faction and the owner yields or is deposed by the succession war and the claimant is muslim but the title is feudal, the government form switches to clan.
I've tried with other religions to replicate the same situation, but it seems that it's only with Islam that the bug is present. With the others, the government form seems to be consistently preserved when a title is usurped, with both feudal and clan titles.

Steps to reproduce

It's necessary to have a feudal kingdom with a muslim ruler and an unlanded claimant of the same religion and the claim must be pressed by a faction event. The claimant must be unlanded, if landed, the title stays feudal. Once the claimant is installed (by threat or winning the war), the title(s) government changes.
I just added a bit of money using the console to reproduce the bug, otherwise there are no mods installed in this savegame. To see the bug in effect, just press the claim in the savegame and win the war (or get the king to yield).

Sounds like its working as designed
It could be, but as it's normally impossible in game to do any kind of government form switch unless is from tribal to feudal/clan, and the game doesn't allow it on conversion, I still prefer someone from PDX to confirm that is not some kind of oversight as it happens only in this circumstance only.

Yes because landed rulers already are feudal, whereas when you press the claim of a landless muslim, their government is decided in that moment, so they get clan, as clan is meant for all muslims and some cultures

Yes, according to the game files yes, clan is the favorite government for a muslim ruler, but if you convert in game, you can't actually switch to it, even if theoretically you should. In CKII if you convert your character are switched to Iqta', in CKIII you aren't. It seems too unusual to be completely unintended, and there is no decision I know of to do a "manual change" to clan either.
