"Field of Cloth and Gold" dynasty perk not giving free first grand activity to House head (myself)

Description​

As stated, my first grand activity as house head is not free and is giving debug messages when i hover over it. I let the month tick over to see if that had anything to do with it, and still not able to get it for free. Screenshots posted below. This did not happen the first time I did it when I first got the dynasty perk, only now that I am on a new ruler.

Steps to reproduce​

Just try to host it without enough money, and the error shows and you are unable to host it until you have the gold.

I wanna push this, as I just got this problem as well. Important to note though, that it is still free once you get enough money.
