It depends on how strong the dragon is, Balerion is huge and a massively destructive beast so he does lots compared to smaller dragons like baby Drogon

I am like 99% sure it was made that way on purpose to make it a cumulative modifierMy point is I think that the repeated blocks of code are applying the damage multiple times, since even Balerion is supposed to only take out a max of 30% of troops, but is killing closer to 95% of them.
Except that is literally what Aegon did, he conquered Westeros because his dragon along with his sister's dragons were so powerfulInteresting... if so I would encourage a retune on it, since it's just like a win button for Aegon. I realize dragons are strong and what not, but it seems like they shouldn't be able to single handedly wipe out stacks of 14k-30k and beyond of enemy armies on top of the 95% morale damage.
