Map project

Some basic criteria:
- Antarctica will be PTI
- some never populated areas will be considered PTI
- provs distribution according to extension of continents
- minimal extension to avoid clickability issues with sticks and units
- avoiding city names as prov names
- names in original language as more as possible
- rivers as borders as more as possible
- straits should be listed.
