Summary

Find Spouse culture filter for custom character works wrong

Description

I've created custom Norse, Slovianskan character to play as Chieftain of Slupsk in 867. County culture is Pomeranian. I wanted to marry my female pomeranian courtiers to some norse guys to have norse councillors. When I've picked up courtier, Find spouse, than opened filters, go to Culture and picked Norse, I've got only Pomeranian man eligible for marry. Tooltip says that it should show characters of my culture. So either tooltips says wrong (and it shows possible spouses of spouse-to-be culture, not MY culture as character) or filter works wrong.
Didn't reproduced in other cultures/faiths/regions but for this combo (Pomeranian county, Norse Slovianskan character) I've tried couple of times and it's repeatable. Also repeatable for gender-opposite (so picking male and filter Culture Norse will give Pomeranian females).

Ps. Btw even if I click Find spouse, window title says 'Arrange marriage' but it's different story.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create custom character with Norse culture and Slovianskan faith for Chiefdom of Slupsk in 867
2. Pick one of your not-married Pomeranian courtiers (male or female)
3. Click Find spouse
4. Go to filters.
5. Go to Culture and pick Norse (all other set to default)

Expected:
Norse characters that are eligible for marriage are listed or list is empty
Actual:
Pomeranian characters that are eligible for marriage are listed.

Note:
Find Spouse window title says 'Arrange marriage'.

I think this filter always behaves like that. Even though it shows the player character's culture or heritage, it should rather be named "same culture" and "same heritage" because it filters for the culture / heritage of the person that you are searching a spouse for.
If you want to actually filter for Norse you can type "Norse" in the text field and choose Norse culture, then it will be correct.

Allright, so the tooltip should be changed then, because now is misleading and is not describing actual behavior.
Thanks for the tip with textfield, I'll check that!
