Finnish Minister bug / join to axis nearly impossible if AI

Seems like 1.03 bring some problems with the Finnish ministers like
President Pehr Evind Svinhufvud (Social Conservative) is still in charge at Fascist party only at National Socialist it changes to Bruno salmiala (which is Fascist / NS).

It should be Risto Ryti in historical (Paternal Autocrat).


Pehr Evind Svinhufvud has Bellingerence required to dow 30% and thats why its not working and even so its wrong guy at wrong trousers i report this because it has worked before very nicely and realistic, now its annoying i dont want to see that old pops in my cabine who should be retirement long ago.

Changing Sliders dont help only when is Pumped to ultra-right it changes to Fascist Head of state. (At NS what is not possible to Ai to make)

Please Fix this soon as possible! Svinhufvud is mad and wont leave from its chair :rofl: this is hilarious and i dont like it, Not in this game!
And its ruining the historical aspect of the game

This going to get fixed in 1.04? it work earlier just fine

(at least I'm guessing that's what his name translates to, not being finnish)
