Fire Helicopter has weird rotor blade hub animation (sometimes it's broken, sometimes it's not)

Fire Helicopter has weird rotor blade hub animation (sometimes it's broken, sometimes it's not)

Expected Result​

I expect the fire helicopter's rotor blade hub to be centralised and aligned to the blades themselves all of the time.

Actual Result​

Instead, at seemingly random intervals, it breaks and goes off it's axis (I'll try to attach a video after I post the report, as it doesn't seem to like me attaching videos to it - no error message appears, it just simply won't post).

Steps to reproduce​

Place down any Fire Helicopter Depot and spawn a forest fire. Then wait for a helicopter to spawn. This may take a few tries of letting the fire helicopter put out the fire, return to the depot and despawn, as I don't know exactly what causes it to go off-axis (sometimes it is normal, and then other times, in the same session, it is broken)

Description​

Please note: this issue is present on both Steam and Console (PS4) versions of the game, so I'd assume it is for all platforms. I'm also not sure what causes it either. Like I said above, I will try and post the video after this report, but if it doesn't work, I may just take some screenshots from the video.

Hurrah! The reason it didn't work was because it was a .mp4 file (a little error popped up when I tried to attach it). I have converted it to a .gif file so you can watch it. Sorry it's such bad quality - this was the best I could do. I'll do one video at a time so something bad doesn't happen - here is the video of when it is broken:

I'm afraid that's the biggest it can be unless you zoom in using your browser (idk if it's a different size ratio for different browsers, but 200% worked well for me)
