First contact event in home system

Not sure if this is working right but I got several first contact events in my home system. But there's no ship or fauna in my system. And I can't find one near my home system either. Why are there first contact events popping up in my home system?

(Trying to find out what about the last one was now.)
Update: it was the numenistic order (caravan?). But I couldn't see a ship from them.

3. What DLC do you have installed?
All of them, including C6 portrait

4. When did this start happening?
Randomly (not sure)

5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
Not sure why it happens

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
All saves so far.

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?

Yes, for me too, there were often enclaves or fallen kingdoms that were still quite far from my territory.

if you can see them on sensors, then it will generate a first contact site, I'm pretty sure. check to be sure you don't have +1 sensor range modifiers on your empire.

Enclaves cause this issue: first contact trigger 1-4 system(s) before visual contact.

Since there's no visual contact, it will default the site to the players homeworld
