Fix for Map Utility (3000+ Provinces)

Hi guys

The latest Version of Jamies Map Utility had a bug when using it with 3000+ Provinces. At least with Darkest Hour; the program wasn't aible to create the boundboxes.tbl.

After contacting Jamie and providing the error logs, she was aible to fix this. On her request, I post here the fixed files.
Just copy over the old files.

Ok, I searched for old download about this Map Utility but I find nothing about DH. How do I do amazing stuff?
