Fix Mare Nostrum weird states

Is it possible reduce some border gore with the current states in the EU world?

I know I am very bad at explaining what I mean, so I will list examples:

The states between iraq region and persia. You have a few weird placements with provinces that didn't matter before the new state system, but now if I was to aim for historical borders, I will get a few states with one province if I was to make some territories into states. I know the region that basra is in shares between areas of Iraq and iran

Or around the afghanistan region as well. Some parts of korasan would be part of modern day iran and herat would be part of afghanistan.

I could make a list if I need to as well. I just know these two since I play in these regions. Maybe I just like my modern states too much.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. The states/areas not necessarily meant to reflect modern borders if that's what you're after?

Those regions are historically accurate: Khorosan is actually split between modern day Iran, Afghanistan Turkmenistan; while Basra has a lot in common with Khuzestan (both areas populated by Shia Arabs), despite the international border in between.
