I just lost interest in this game because of the broken tutorial. 
If you cannot understand a game enough to play it, and the tutorial that is offered is broken, then why bother learning the game? I have many other things that I can do with my time than spend hours reading the forum hoping to find information on how to play the game. The manual is at best a paper weight.
By not fixing the tutorial you have seriouly hindered this game.
