flag request for 15c Byzantium

Can someone make a Byzantine flag from this? I think the GUFSM already has a Byzantine shield that looks very much like this however the flag still looks somewhat like the flag used by the Latin Empire, not the one used by the late (14c and 15c) emperors according to THIS site

Isn't that the old Paleogus dynasty flag? I think it was quartered with the cross of st. George after they retook Constantinople from the Latins, I could be wrong...

you know... a black two-headed eagle superimposed on the flag (like the on on the albanian flag, or the russian imperial eagle) and a broader golden cross would make a nice banner for a fantasy Byzantium/Resurrected Roman Empire, don't you think?
