Flag & Shields request (bandera_franco)

Can someone do me the favor of making this flag into EU2 flag and shields? For the shield I would like the eagle graphic. Grazie in advance!

Well Im no master in this, but I thought the pic looked cool and made a try. I used a yellow background for the shield. If you want it I can upload a set for you, although Im no good in flags...
