Flagmakers : VIP seeks your help

The new version of VIP for Revolutions is going to contain approximately sixty new nations. While we have flags for the base countries for each, the VIP developers still need to create flags for monarch, republic, communist and fascist versions of the nation that come to power via revolution.

we also need monarch/republic/communist and fascist flags for Nova Scotia (using the Provincial Flag for the base nation, since it was in use at the time of Responsible Govt) and New Brunswick (which used the Union Jack in the period between Responsible Government and Confederation with Canada, though people seeking some creative inspiration might find ideas here)

All those whose designs are accepted by the VIP developers will be recognized for their contributions in the final release version of VIP.

Basically what we are looking for are flags that work with the base elements of the flag but reflects the change in political view due to the revolution. Creativity is encouraged (in fact creativity was involved with several of the base flags as historical flags did not exist for several of the regions in Africa), with the only caveat that the fascist flags can not contain swastikas.

I can make some of that flags (don't know If I have enough skill and time to make all of them) If you need help. It will take a time so I'd like to know how many time I have to that project and where to post that flags/shields (on VIP forum, in that thread or upload all flags on rapidshare or other server).

There is at least a month (and likely a bit more than that) before VIP:R 0.1 is going to be released. And we'd consider adding flags as part of hotfixes post release, so time is not a huge issue, though if we can have some flags by public release that would be good.

Please post your flags & shields here in this thread. (Same for anyone else who would like to contribute).

I don't make a mess with all that flags (49 countries x 4 governments) I need to know which flag is representing which country, it will help me in searching local symbols for all of them.

These look great.

On the fascist, AFAIK the use of a fasces (the ancient Roman symbol used by Mussolini's regime) would be fine as an element to incoroporate into designs.
