So the "arbiturary" diplomatic relation values of EU3 will be removed for a more clearer diplomatic interface.
In EU3, AI nations have always been stubborn with the player which ends up limiting how the player interacts with the AI. There were things like hidden factors like "natural rivals", "feels threatened" and trust, which you couldn't really see if didn't use the "view_ai" command. In EU3 I've always wanted to tell an AI country that I am not a threat to them and have no desire to conquer them, or mend diplomatic relations with them with one click of a button, rather than just send crap loads of gifts to them. I wanted to tell them my gameplan and work with them on it, while also helping with thier ambitions freely. There is also diplomatic options in EU3 that say "impossible", in EU4 I would like to know WHY it is an impossible option with the target country.
In history, there were many times where small countries (that would otherwise feel threatened in EU3) that made mutually beneficial pacts to larger countries, because in EU3 the bigger and more powerful you are, the more isolated you become.

Oh well I am speaking my mind lol. It's just that even when you try and nuture relations with another country, they will always have a grudge against you and I don't like that. I want independent countries that I have good relations with to be my best buddies that I can rely on. :)

Always think of how a human would perceive it. If you were Hungary, and Austria told you that he absolutely didn't want to conquer you, would you totally trust him and throw your lot in with them? In fact, the AI should be even more vigilant than it is now, and not just be swayed by gifts.
