Im a bit confused... what is this with flying units all about? Just seems weird to me.

Sounds like a weird implemented feature, is air going to be a key point strategically? Does it have one of its own battle phase?

For me it sounds a little weird and could ruin the gameplay. I hope however this is not the case. Can someone explain to me what this is all about?

There will be much more fantasy creatures in King Arthur II than in the first game. A great improvement is the flying units and yes, the battle has two levels, the air level and the ground level. It means more tactical possibilities. You can fly across the rivers, buildings and the other objects and you can fight in the air as well as on the ground at the same time. There will be no separate phases. If you don’t like the flying units, you don’t have to recruit them, however that will make things harder for you. But you can look at it as a challenge.

Hmm, I would have to see this in action to know whether I will like this or not. First blush doesn't raise my anticipation level...

based on everything else I know about KA2 so far, it seems like you have made som improvements from the first game. So I hope the flying units is an "improvement" to the game so to speak. I'm still a little skeptical about it but I hope you manage to pull it off!
