Folder Missing in the Windows Reg Editor

Hello,

Here's the issue:

As part of a complete reinstallation process (on Windows Vista), I had to modify the value 'Spanish' to 'English' in order to be able to set patch 1.4 for Victoria (without Revolutions). However, after doing some search in the Regedit application, I noticed the folder "Paradox Entertainment" is missing, preventing me from modifying the value.

Am I doing something wrong? Where should the folder be?

You need to change the language? For me Victoria was installed in a folder named "Strategy First".

Yes, the registry key ('folder') can vary depending on the publisher. Most will have some variation on Paradox but North American version has Strategy First and some others may be different as well. I would search for Victoria instead of Paradox.
