Try and find a regular group that you can play in, the chances of anyone there cheating is much smaller. And they uselly have rules of how to play so there will be less exploits to.
Well when you crashed i did try to annex Denmark, i was clicking the button several times before i realised time had frozen.
If you have an autosave from before we crashed we should use that. I hadn't even looked at the save until i just read this now and no those amount of materials are rediculously high. I was lucky to have had about 20k rares and 40k oil. Nothing of this extreme.

I cannot explain why those reources are so high maybe from trying to annex Denmark several dozen times it has passed me more materials.. i simply dont know. Do you have an autosave?
